Welcome to Athena Virtual Solutions (Athena Virtual)! We're thrilled to have you on board. Before you start using our services, we kindly ask you to read through our Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the services.

1. Services Provided

Athena Virtual Solutions offers virtual assistant services including but not limited to administrative support, data entry, email management, scheduling, research assistance, and in-personal concierge personal assistant services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The specific services provided will be outlined in the agreement between Athena Virtual Solutions and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, materials, and access to necessary tools for the completion of tasks. They must also adhere to agreed-upon deadlines and payment schedules.

3. Confidentiality

\Athena Virtual Solutions values the privacy and confidentiality of or clients' information. We agree not to disclose any confidential information without prior consent from the client, except as required by law. In case of deeply confidential material, and with request by the client, we will store all data in a non-cloud-based external hard drive kept in a locked safe.

4. Payment

Clients agree to pay Athena Virtual Solutions for services rendered as per the agreed-upon rates and payment schedule. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and all confidential information must be returned or destroyed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Athena Virtual Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Modifications

Athena Virtual Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Texas.
